BCRL has a no refund policy for all cases except not having a team for the child signed up.
In the event of a pre-season, season ending injury BCRL will issue a equal valued credit for a future registration if properly informed within 30 days. What this means is if you have two players signed up in the spring and one can't play, you would get a credit for the actual amount paid for the 2nd player (currently is $90 for most registrations) for a future registartion.
If it is determined that BCRL does not have a team for the player signed up, a refund will be issued.
Processing fees for online registratiosn are no longer refundable. BCRL does not get refunded that money, so we won't be able to refund it to you. In the event of a refund, you'd be refunded the basic player fee as appropriate.
Refunds will be given as soon as possible, some things like the COVID-19 situation make it virtually impossible to refund money right away and the ability to delay refunds is at the discretion of BCRL as needed.
